GWR Job Descriptions

Responsible for analyzing the fluidpower needs for machines, creating bills of materials and documentation to meet customer requirements, and working closely with assembly and run-off personnel to resolve issues and refine machine functionality.

• Familiar with machine tools and associated requirements for hydraulics, pneumatics, coolant, and lubrication systems.
• Able to appropriately size fluidpower components and systems for machines or processes.
• Able to create/review fluidpower, coolant, lubrication, and piping schematic diagrams.
• Able to generate quotations and component specifications to meet requirements of domestic and international customers.
• Able to determine flow rates and volumes for machine systems to match machine specifications.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with fluidpower and thermodymnamics coursework.  Five plus years experience in fluidpower controls design and application for machine tools and automation.  Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  Requires some domestic and international travel.  Must have excellent organizational, and communication skills.
