PartLocator
The LeCOUNT™ PartLocator (patent pending) allows the operator to adjust the location of the part for fast setup on repeat operations. Without sacrificing any mounting ease or size range, the PartLocator allows for easy setup and consistent part location. Key features:
- Adjustable
- Accurate runout to .0001" T.I.R.
- Face squareness within .0002" at 2" dia.
- Available on most Standard and Type G Mandresls
NOTE: PartLocators are not available on Type M and on some Type A (0A, 1A, 2A, 3A) and Type B (0B, 3B, 4B, 7B, 8B) mandrels.
