The Gleason 562 Blade Inspection Device compares actual RSR® and TRI-AC® blade measurements with calculated values specified on Gleason profile grinder summaries. RSR® and TRI-AC® geometry is precisely controlled. Measurement data is used to calculate corrected blade profile grinder machine settings. The data can also be used to select master blades which are used in the optional blade comparison checker.
