Our dies are both expanding and contacting with adjustable size and taper control. In addition to quenching bevel and cylindrical parts, the dies are also manufactured to control heat treat distortion on non-Gleason applications such as bearing races, and saw blades - virtually everything that needs to be held flat and round during the heat treat process.
