Machine integrated gantry loading (horizontal) and magazine buffer storage for small gears and shafts

For small, fine pitch gear hobbing of either shaft or bore parts, loading and unloading is an important part of overall floor-to-floor time. By integrating a fast gantry to the base machine design, we have been able to keep the fine pitch hobbing machine compact, universal and productive for a wide range of workpieces.
