Linked Cell Work Centers

In production it is often practical to link operations directly together in a cell. Linking of machines is sometimes an advantage, typically for dedicated production. Many times the blanking operation can be directly connected to the hobber or shaper, so that the workpiece flows from the turning operation to the pre-shave hobbing operation, to the shaving operation and on to whatever other operation maybe necessary.
