- Insure the continuous operation of your Gleason M&M Precision Systems QC Gear Analyzer with PC and Control upgrades.
- Machines are very robust and time proven, however like most computer technology, is double every 2-3 years, subsequently the need for computer upgrades with current software and standards enhancements eliminate the occurrence of being obsolete or ‘in the dark” according to ever changing standards. We are current through AGMA 2015 , ISO, DIN, and General Analysis.
- Periodically the controls that were state of the art in the 80’s and 90’s are obsolete by original equipment manufacturer. We support our older systems by being able to migrate to the latest technology in machine controllers.
- We currently support all 1000, 2000, 3000, 3500, and Sigma series machines for PC and control upgrades. Currently only the Sigma series machines are capable of the new GAMA (Gleason Automated Measurement and Analysis) applications software which is windows based and greatly improves the interface of man and machine.
- Please contact our applications engineering department for more details. Please note: you will need your machine model number and serial number to complete the RFQ. You may want to print the service report from the software menu which will indicate your machines equipment and configuration to expedite the process.
